3. Course Description 

Thai and US-trained oculoplastic surgeon Dr. Nattawut at Bangkok’s Bumrungrad International Hospital takes time out from his practice to volunteer his time to help two poor Laotian kids, who suffered very different but life threatening accidents.  Mr. Boonpheng suffered serious 1st degree burns from a lightning struck fiery dried-frond rooftop that feel on him. A hidden underground bombie left from the US Secret War in Laos 40 years ago exploded in 23-month old Kayeng’s face. Their lives would be short without Dr. Nattawut’s philanthropic intervention.
